Bylaws & Constitution
Our bylaws set out how the association runs — elections, amendments, the annual operating plan and financial report, and voting eligibility — and fix our official boundaries: Hampton Avenue on the west; Columbia, Southwest, South Kingshighway, and Interstate 44 on the north; Tower Grove Avenue on the east; and Arsenal Street to Kingshighway, south on Kingshighway to Connecticut, and Scanlon on the south.
